Eleclin-A contains Clindamycin and Adapalene. Clindamycin is used for treating severe acne. It is a topical lincomycin antibiotic that works by killing sensitive bacteria that cause acne and reducing the amount of free fatty acid that irritates the skin surface. Adapalene is used to treat acne. It may decrease the number and severity of acne pimples and promote quick healing of pimples that do develop. Adapalene belongs to a class of medications called retinoids.
KEY INGREDIENTS
Clindamycin Phosphate eq. to Clindamycin 1.0% w/w, Adapalene 0.1% w/w, Gel base Q.S.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
The gel should be applied to the affected area of skin twice daily, after washing the skin thoroughly with warm water and soap and gently drying it. Wash your hands after applying the gel. If your skin becomes excessively dry or irritated or starts peeling, you should use the gel less frequently - once a day or every other day.
